Can I rent my home in Querencia for short stays?

Yes — short-term rentals are permitted. Registered renters can access the Beach Club amenities (pools, restaurants, spa, fitness) by paying applicable service fees. However, renters do not have access to the Clubhouse, golf course, or other member areas unless they are accompanied by a Member. 

How does the Querencia Club membership work?

Ownership in Querencia does not automatically include membership. Property owners can purchase either a Golf or Social membership, which are subject to club approval. These memberships grant access to Querencia’s amenities (golf course, clubhouse, beach club, dining, fitness). Memberships are non-resident and cannot be transferred to renters
