Netto is our Senior Executive Administrator and a multi generational native of Cabo San Lucas, BCS.He possesses a natural ability to adapt to various cultures, languages and environments. This adaptability has played a significant role in shaping his professional journey.
Netto’s tenure in Los Cabos coincided with the significant growth of sales-oriented businesses in the region. His firsthand experience, combined with his exposure to the burgeoning real estate industry in the area, has given him a well-rounded perspective. During his younger years, he developed a deep passion for extreme water sports, which provided him with a unique opportunity to work within the water sports industry, but ultimately settled on an administrative career. While Netto initially pursued higher education in External Commerce and law, he eventually transitioned into administrative roles throughout his career. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, he has actively sought opportunities to expand his knowledge in various areas. This commitment to self-improvement has enabled him to take on responsibilities within different departments at Laidback Luxury.
