His firsthand experience, combined with his exposure to the burgeoning real estate industry in the area, has given him a well-rounded perspective. During his younger years, he developed a deep passion for extreme water sports, which provided him with a unique opportunity to work within the water sports industry, but ultimately settled on an administrative career. While Netto initially pursued higher education in External Commerce and law, he eventually transitioned into administrative roles throughout his career.
